Work

A production stack for entrepreneurs and operators. Bilingual VAs, websites, content production, company formation, books — hire the back office, keep the upside.

The honest take

You came here to grow a business. Not to manage five vendors in Spanish.

Every founder who lands in Medellín has the same first six months. They came here to build something: a SaaS, a content business, a Colombia-based services firm, an arbitrage play on US-quality work at Latin American rates. What they end up doing is interviewing freelancers on marketplaces, getting ghosted by their first web designer, paying a Colombian accountant who emails attachments named FACTURA_FINAL_FINAL_v3.xlsx, and slowly losing the thread on what they actually came to do.

The back office is solvable. It is just unglamorous, and most founders try to do it themselves until they burn out enough to outsource it badly. We run the production stack for entrepreneurs who would rather work on the thing they are good at: bilingual VAs on Colombian time zones, a website team that ships in weeks not quarters, a video studio for the content you keep meaning to start, a legal team that sets up your SAS in days, and a books team that keeps DIAN happy without you learning what DIAN is.

Five services, one operations team. You hire us, we run the back office, you keep the upside. Most clients start with two services and add a third within six months. Once you have offloaded one thing successfully, the rest gets easier to let go of.

Who this is for

Who this is for

Persona 01

Solo operator

You are a solo operator: consultant, content creator, agency-of-one, scaling beyond what one person can do. You do not need a co-founder. You need bilingual help, a real website, and someone keeping the books while you stay focused on the work that earns. Most solo operators start with VAs and Bookkeeping, then add Website and Podcast as content becomes the priority.

Persona 02

Foreign founder

You are a foreign founder setting up a real Colombian operation: incorporating an SAS, hiring local talent, making Colombia your base of business, not just your residence. You need Company Formation done in days, books that pass DIAN audit, and a team you can scale into. Most foreign founders engage all five services within their first year.

Persona 03

Existing business

You are an established business, US-based, EU-based, or already operating in Colombia, looking to consolidate the back office. You have an existing accountant, website, and team, and you are tired of managing five vendors. We absorb what you have, fix what is broken, and run the rest.

How it works

How an engagement starts

  1. 01
    Step 1
    Audit call

60 minutes. We map what you are doing, what is broken, and what is actually eating your time vs. what just feels like it. Sometimes the answer is you do not need us yet. We say so when it is true.

  2. 02
    Step 2
    Stack design

We propose the two or three services that move the needle first. Each one is priced separately so you are never on the hook for things you do not need. You sign an MSA and a per-service SOW.

  3. 03
    Step 3
    Onboarding

Two weeks. Tools provisioned, team introduced, processes documented, first deliverables shipped. We run the onboarding, you do not.

  4. 04
    Step 4
    Monthly cadence

Recurring services run on a fixed monthly cadence with a single point of contact. You get a monthly ops report, you do not get a flood of Slack messages.

Proof

The point is fewer things coming back to you.

Talk to the work team

Tell us what is eating your week.

A short note about what is broken: what you are doing yourself that you should not be, what you have tried to outsource and watched fail, what you would hand off tomorrow if the right team showed up. We will come back within a business day with a stack that fits, or tell you it is too early and check back in a quarter.

Why us

We've sat across the table from 12,000 people just like you.

Most relocation, surgery, and property questions have one of about thirty answers. We've heard all the questions. We've also walked the city block-by-block. Tell us what you're trying to do — we'll tell you what's actually true.
